This User Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their data collected through our website, mobile applications, or integrated platforms such as Facebook Login, Facebook APIs, or other social media connections.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you have logged in or interacted with our platform via Facebook, you can request deletion of your data at any time using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Direct Request via Email

Send an email to support@doplexer.com with the subject line: “Request for Data Deletion”

Include:

• Your full name
• Your email address (used for Facebook login or registration)
• A brief note requesting deletion of your personal data

Once your request is received and verified, we will delete your data within 7 working days and confirm via email.

Option 2: In-App or Website Deletion Request

If you are logged in to your Doplexer account:

• Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data.
• Confirm your identity via email or one-time code (OTP).
• Once verified, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

Option 3: Facebook Data Deletion Callback (For Meta Apps)

If you accessed Doplexer through Facebook Login, you can remove permissions and request deletion through:

• Your Facebook Account → Settings → Apps and Websites → Doplexer → Remove

This will disconnect Doplexer from your Facebook profile and automatically trigger a deletion request from our servers.

3. What Happens After Data Deletion

Once your request is processed:

• Your personal data, including identifiers, login information, and linked activities, will be permanently removed from our databases.
• Backup copies will be deleted within 30 days in compliance with data retention laws.
• We will no longer use or process your data for any purpose.
• Non-identifiable aggregate data (e.g., analytics) may be retained for internal reporting only.

4. Data Retention Policy

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or meet legal obligations.

After the retention period, all personal data is securely deleted, anonymized, or destroyed.
